If you are applying for a driver's licence or renewing one, you need an eye test from an accredited centre. We are one. Here is exactly how it goes.
What to bring
Your Ghana Card or passport, your current licence if you are renewing, and your glasses or contact lenses if you wear them.
What we do
An optometrist checks how well each eye sees, on its own and together, with and without your glasses. It takes a few minutes and nothing touches your eye.
What you leave with
Your result, signed by the optometrist who tested you, ready to go with your licence application or renewal.
The DVLA sets the eyesight standard drivers must meet. We carry out the test and record your result honestly — and if your sight falls short, we will tell you what can be done about it.

The facility is accredited by the Health Facilities Regulatory Agency (HeFRA), our optometrists are registered with the Allied Health Professions Council, and we are accredited by the DVLA to carry out eye tests for driver's licence applications and renewals.
